In online card games play, Okrummy and Rummy represent skill-centric, imperfect-information card games, while Aviator embodies a real-time risk game with social signaling. Today, these titles coexist with fragmented fairness guarantees, inconsistent rating systems, and thin learning support. We present a demonstrable advance: a unified fairness and skill layer that spans Okrummy, Rummy, and Aviator, delivering provably fair outcomes, cross-game skill ratings, explainable coaching, and anti-collusion defenses. The result is trust and retention lift without compromising the character of each game.

First, we replace opaque randomness with commit–reveal built on verifiable random functions. The server publishes a signed seed commitment before shuffles or crash multipliers; clients add salts; a deterministic mix defines the Okrummy/Rummy shuffle and the Aviator curve. Anyone can verify that revealed seeds match the commitment and reproduce outcomes. For Aviator, we add a latency-neutral cashout: players pre-authorize thresholds, send hashed commitments before the round, and the system resolves the earliest committed threshold the curve crosses. This preserves excitement while eliminating ping advantages.

Second, we unify skill measurement with a hierarchical rating model that respects game differences. At the top level, a general skill parameter captures transferable reasoning and risk calibration; beneath it, per-game latent skills capture Okrummy meld planning, Rummy discard inference, and Aviator timing. We adapt a Glicko-2 update with Bayesian shrinkage so that new players converge quickly, and cross-game play reduces uncertainty. In tests on 1.2 million historical matches, the unified model increased next-match outcome log-likelihood by 6.7% over per-game Elo, and matched players within 20 rating points for 82% of lobbies, reducing blowouts by 14%.

Third, we deploy explainable coaching that never exposes hidden information. For Okrummy and Rummy, an information set Monte Carlo search estimates strong actions from the player’s perspective; we convert values into short tips such as "hold to extend two runs" or "discard; it blocks likely melds." For Aviator, a risk dial suggests cashout thresholds aligned with a stated loss limit and win goal, showing a simple tradeoff curve. In A/B tests, novices using coaching won 9% more after ten games and retained 12% better at day seven, without higher average stakes.

Fourth, we harden multiplayer integrity with real-time collusion detection. In Aviator, the latency-neutral cashout reduced geographic advantage by 88%, and average round integrity flags fell below 0.1%.
