Various mods in the game will provide an ability called Loot Radar, such as Loot Detector, Thief’s Wit, and Animal Instinct. Using these mods will cause certain items to appear on your minimap once you get close enough to detect them. Combining all of these mods will allow you to run through a map with a reasonable certainty of spotting the Cephalon Fragment on your mini
Unfortunately it seems that Nexon is being a tad too eager to win, especially considering that there aren't exactly the Golden Globes at stake. Not only the publisher posted on its forum promising a Double Rainbow Event in Mabinogi itself in case of a win, but it went a step further and, some would argue, a step too
Unfortunately, the same praise can’t be said about the Kronen Prime. The standard Kronen wasn’t anywhere near being a top tier weapon to begin with, but the Primed version doesn’t do a whole lot to justify the need to immediately go out and create a build with it. A lot of the problem comes down to feeling underpowered, especially considering weapons such as Telos Boltace has better stats. Sure, Kronen is slightly faster, but everything about it is weaker and less capable compared to Boltace, which is a massive disappointment. That’s not to say it’s bad by any means, as I personally enjoy Tonfa style weapons more than most, and its speed and status chance are still solid, but it’s hard to recommend a weapon such as this when it’s not only outclassed by numerous other weapons, but it isn’t even the best melee weapon in its own class.
Cetus is the first colony we've ever seen in Warframe. It is a group of Ostrons who are scavengers. They are hardy and they tear down relics of the Orokin era, which is sort of Romans of the future of the past. A little bit of mental gymnastics there. They're welcoming to you. They're willing to trade, they're willing to share their technology, but of course a price is involved. But they're there to let you explore what they built for themselves.
Airburst is Zephyr’s newest ability and is a solid attack. It throws three projectiles forward and damages enemies in a radius upwards of 8 metres, which can be very useful for mobs. It’s not flashy by any means, but it gets the job done. The third ability Turbulence is a good way to ensure Zephyr will survive most encounters. It puts up a wind shield around the character, redirecting any potential damage. It can be a bit pricey on energy, but in a bind, it will save your butt when things get hectic. Finally, Tornado is one of the better aspects of Zephyr, giving her some fantastic crowd control, especially if you combine it with Airburst, which increases their height dramatically. These things can be devastating when you combine them with the interchangeable elemental damage, especially on enemies with high armor. This is maybe a bit too flashy at times as I’ve had my screen engulfed by numerous tornados, but so long as they’re doing what they’re meant to, it’s a good substitute for other CC attacks.
To be fair, Carbon Games, the developer behind free to play action strategy title Airmech, decided to support Warframe in a similar fashion after their game was defeated in the quarter finals by Warframe itself, but one could say that there's a rather large difference between an independent developer deciding on its own to support another, and a large publisher bringing all its big guns to bear in order to win, involving multiple of its own communities that have nothing to do with the cont
It's amazing to think that any one game could have a dedicated convention, let alone one that's not from one of the big five publishers, but Warframe has done just that. TennoCon is now in its sophomore year and its 2017 incarnation was by all accounts a smashing success. Hardcore Gamer was able to make the trek out to sunny London, Ontario to take part in all the festivities and given exclusive access to many from the Digital Extremes team. We caught up with the ever popular Rebecca Ford -- Live Operations and Community Producer for Warframe -- to chat with her about what Plains of Eidolon means for Warframe, the future of the series and TennoCon as a whole.
Earth and Venus have 9 Fragments to scan, while Ceres, Jupiter, Uranus, Neptune, Lua, and The Void all have 10 Fragments. Mars, Phobos, Europa, and Saturn all have 15 Fragments, while Pluto and Sedna have 14. Eris and the Orokin Derelict are the hardest places to complete with 21 Fragments e
The open beta date for Warframe weapons|https://warframebase.com/ could not have come at a greater time, on the heels of the announcement that Mass Effect 3 will not be getting any additional multiplayer content . Why does that matter? The simplest way to describe what Warframe is to say it's what Mass Effect co-op multiplayer should have been. It offers the gameplay elements of combat and environmental traversal better, and it looks gorgeous through
However, each individual tile is always the same, and there are only a specific number of spots where a Cephalon Fragment can spawn on each individual tile. Once you’ve gotten familiar with each tile, it’s possible to search every possible spot where a Cephalon Fragment can spawn. This will also come in handy for finding Syndicate Medallions, which will also spawn in the same spots as Cephalon Fragme
