AMSTERDAM, Feb 2 (Reuters) - ING Groep, the largest Dutch fiscal services company, reported on Thursday amend than potential fourth-draw underling income of 4.45 million euros ($4.8 billion), up 10 percent, as it South Korean won customers and increased deposits and loans.
