Each Warframe comes with four unique abilities, quirks, and some even have detailed backstories. There are dozens to choose from, which can make it hard to tell which are the strongest. Every Warframe in this game is perfectly viable for nearly all content, but we'll be looking at a handful of Warframes that shine above the r
Of the colossal roster, Zephyr has been one of the least popular and least sought after Warframes. Granted, there have been far less appealing Frames in the past, such as Hydroid and Limbo, but Digital Extremes continues to rebalance characters so they better fit into specialized areas of the content, and that’s exactly what has happened with Zephyr. Almost two months ago, Zephyr received a rework that combined two of her abilities and an additional one in its place. It was something that Warframe needed, especially considering her capabilities were less than appealing. With her rebalance, the developers have released a Primed version of Zephyr and with it comes a slightly altered appearance and enhanced stats.
While Warframe Weapons|https://warframebase.Com/ still has microtransactions, the game has been widely praised for keeping things in balance: the online environment certainly isn't 'pay to win', and purchases within the game don't come remotely as close to gambling as the infamous slot machine lever incident mentioned above. Now some 5 years after its initial release, Warframe is still getting updates from the developers as the community continues to dedicate plenty of hours into the space-based shoo
And that’s just the tip of the iceberg for Warframe ’s global expansion. Just this March, Warframe ’s total player base grew to nearly 50 million players --the highest it’s ever been--thanks to massive expansions that add open-world combat and massive, raid-style boss encount
This is a tricky question to answer. Technically, Cephalon Fragments can be found on every planet, moon, and asteroid in the star chart. Cephalon Fragments will not appear on missions in the Kuva Fortress, bounties in the Plains of Eidolon or the Orb Vallis, or any defense, interception, or archwing missi
Over the last year, not only have we received the massive Plains of Eidolon expansion pack for Warframe, but we’ve also got numerous character updates. Octavia and Harrow are absolutely wonderful support Frames, with Gara being an alright addition, whereas someone like Hydroid not only got his Primed version, but was reworked to be a phenomenal character to have in a party. Zephyr has received a similar treatment as she recently picked up a rework to make her flow better in combat and traversal. The latest quarterly Prime update has come and with it we now have a Zephyr Prime to find in the drop tables. We’re taking a look at what the latest update brings and whether or not Zephyr Prime is worth your time.
To obtain the Equinox for yourself, the easiest way is to purchase the Equinox Prime Access for a limited time at a starting price of $79.99. If that’s beyond your gaming budget, then you can also try trading in-game via the mar
Developer Digital Extremes isn’t slowing down. They plan to add more space combat later this year with the Railjack expansion, remaster Jupiter’s Gas City map, as well as adding ever more Warframes and weapons for players to gobble up and mas
Xaku is an amalgamation of multiple Warframes, all creating a cohesive kit that's surprisingly powerful. Xaku's kit involves manipulating the Void and your foes to empower Xaku's powers. Arguably the strongest ability is Grasp of Lohk, allowing Xaku to steal enemy firearms and morph them into floating turrets. With enough range and strength, Xaku becomes a walking gun turret **** that melts everything in its p
In an interview belonging to the Noclip documentary series by Daniel O'Dwyer, Digital Extremes Studio Manager Sheldon Carter detailed an unexpected result that occurred when the developer introduced a small microtransaction for Kubrows, an in-game virtual pet. The studio had implemented what Carter defines as a "slot machine lever" that allowed gamers - for the price of about $0.67 - to randomize the fur pattern and fur color of their pet Kubrow. While it was only a cosmetic feature, the idea of putting something so random behind a paygate drew the ire of many of the game's fans. Still, Digital Extremes went forward with the idea - until one fan spent well over $100 on it almost immediat
In the end, the latest Prime update for Warframe is a worthy one. Outside of status damaging tornados, Zephyr is perhaps spread out a bit too thin, not necessarily doing anything better than anyone else. With that said, she is well rounded and a fast character to play as, so you’ll have a good variety of abilities at your disposal. She can glide, blast enemies, protect herself and take care of mobs with ease. What more do you want? Outside of the character herself, the Kronen Prime is unfortunately a less than ideal melee weapon thanks to it being outclassed in almost every situation, but on the positive side, Tiberon Prime is a phenomenal main weapon to bring into almost any scenario. Digital Extremes has done a fantastic job reworking Zephyr and giving her own Prime version; you probably won’t find her in the meta anytime soon, but she’s still a strong addition to the immense catalogue regardless.
